Gris Pique Nique
Vinification: Organic cultivation, manual harvest, pressed directly without destemming, quickly and gently to extract minimal color and bitterness. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 17°C for 3 weeks, followed by aging on fine lees for 3 months.
Tasting Notes: Salmon color with copper highlights, a typical nose with hints of raspberries and red apple. The palate is balanced, fresh, and complex with aromas of strawberries, citrus, and white raspberries.
Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed with friends, served around 9°C, as an aperitif or paired with starters, grilled meats, or charcuterie.

In Lucey, Lorraine, France, Vincent and David Lelièvre are convinced of this. They are revitalizing the production of a re-emerging wine region, strategically located just two hours' drive from Champagne, Alsace, Bourgogne, and Mosel.
Born into a family where wine making has been a tradition for centuries, they are the third generation to bottle the production. It was their grandfather Jean’s decision to vinify the entire harvest in 1971 that marked the beginning of the small 2-acre estate.
Today, they farm organically, with care and passion, cultivating around 50 acres (20hectares)...
